Delivery Policy

At Franks Express Catering Ltd, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality food to our customers using our own fleet of temperature-controlled vehicles, driven by uniformed, professional drivers. Please take a moment to review our delivery policy to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.

Delivery Terms

  • Fresh Food Guarantee
    All orders are prepared fresh for delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery at the agreed time, the order will still be delivered and charged in full. We are unable to return or re-deliver items once dispatched.

  • No Refunds for Refused Deliveries
    Orders that are refused at the point of delivery will still be charged in full. Our team will not be able to reallocate or reschedule these items due to their perishable nature.

  • Strict Delivery Timings
    Our drivers operate on carefully planned schedules to ensure timely delivery for all customers. If no one is available to receive the delivery within 15 minutes of the driver’s arrival, the order will be left in a safe place if one is available and deemed appropriate by the driver. If no safe place can be found, the delivery will be returned to our premises—but will still be charged in full.

  • Delivery Windows
    Our drivers operate within delivery windows chosen at the time of ordering. While we aim to deliver within this window, please understand our drivers may be handling multiple deliveries. If you require a more specific time, please contact our team in advance—this may not always be possible, but we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Point of Delivery
    Our drivers are happy to deliver to a specific location within a building if permitted by security. Otherwise, deliveries will be made to a suitable reception or front desk area.

  • Delivery Method
    All deliveries are made by our own refrigerated fleet to ensure freshness. In special circumstances, we may use a trusted courier service to fulfill your order. In such cases, all efforts will be made to maintain the same high standards of care.

  • Force Majeure
    Franks Express Catering Ltd cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, traffic conditions, strikes, or other acts of God.
