Modern Slavery Policy

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

1. Introduction

Franks Express Catering Ltd is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. We recognise our responsibility to uphold human rights and to operate transparently, ethically, and with integrity in all our business relationships.

This policy sets out our approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

2. Our Business

Franks Express Catering Ltd provides catering services across London, delivering fresh, high-quality food for a variety of events and corporate functions. We operate with a dedicated team and work closely with selected suppliers who share our commitment to ethical business practices.

3. Our Commitment

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

4. Supply Chains

We expect our suppliers and contractors to uphold the same high standards. We work only with reputable suppliers who demonstrate a commitment to ethical practices and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

As part of our procurement process, we require suppliers to confirm that:

  • They do not engage in any form of forced labour, slavery, or human trafficking.

  • They have taken steps to ensure their own supply chains are free from modern slavery.

5. Due Diligence

To identify and mitigate risk, we:

  • Assess the risk of modern slavery in our supply chains and operations.

  • Communicate our expectations clearly to suppliers and partners.

  • Reserve the right to terminate our relationship with suppliers who fail to comply with this policy.

6. Training and Awareness

We aim to ensure that relevant staff members are aware of the risks of modern slavery and are trained to identify signs of exploitation. We encourage openness and support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith.

7. Reporting Concerns

Employees, suppliers, and business partners are encouraged to report any concerns about modern slavery related to our business activities.
All concerns should be reported confidentially to:

Sam De Conto
Director, Franks Express Catering Ltd

8. Review and Monitoring

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation, our operations, or supply chain risks.
