Ordering:
How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Simply select your platters, choose your delivery date and time, and check out securely online. For larger events or special requests, please use our event planner and our team will be in contact to assist.
Can you cater for large events?
Yes! Whether it’s a gathering for 10 or a conference for 1000, we have the experience and capacity to deliver. Speak to our team or plan your event here and our team will be in touch.
How much notice do you need for orders?
You can order online up to 11:45pm for next day delivery, Monday to Friday. For a weekend delivery we require the order to be placed by 11:45pm the Thursday before. If you're planning ahead, you can book up to 3 months in advance of your delivery date.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order for delivery is £80 Monday to Saturday. There is no minimum order for pickup.
Our minimum order for delivery or pickup on a Sunday / Public Holiday is £500 and subject to availability.
Do you provide staff for events?
We do not provide staff for events. Our service is focused on drop-off catering — our drivers deliver your food perfectly packaged and ready to serve and enjoy.
Delivery & Pickup:
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer both delivery and pickup options. Delivery charges may apply based on your location.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can choose to pick up your order from our location during checkout. No delivery fees apply if you decide to collect your order. Collection is available Monday to Saturday between 07:00am and 12:00pm.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Central London and surrounding areas. Use our postcode checker if you’re not sure whether we cover your postcode. You can also check our delivery zones or drop us a message.
What days do you deliver?
We offer deliveries Monday to Saturday. For Sunday deliveries we have a minimum order of £500. Please get in touch if you require a Sunday delivery and we will be happy to help. You can select your preferred delivery day at checkout.
If you have an order which doesn't meet our minimum order for Sunday we reccomend selecting delivery on Saturday. As long as the items are kept refrigerated, they'll be fresh and ready to serve the next day.
What are your delivery times?
We deliver between 6am and 6pm Monday - Friday and 6am to 12pm Saturday. At checkout, you can select your preferred 2-hour delivery slot. For special requests or delieries outside these times please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
As our drivers are making multiple deliveries across London, we’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times. However, we can offer a premium 1 hour delivery window for an additional delivery charge of £8. Please contact us to add this service to your order. With London traffic being unpredictable, we always prefer to arrive a little earlier rather than risk being late!
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available for selected items, subject to availability. Please call us directly for urgent orders. The earlier you call the more likely we can help!
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will notify you when your order has begun its journey to you. This will include a tracking link. We will also notify you when it has been delivered.
How are deliveries made?
We deliver in our own fleet of temperature controlled vehicles so the food is as fresh as it possibly can be, direct from our kitchen to your table.
Food & Menus:
Are your platters freshly made?
Absolutely! Every platter is freshly prepared on the day of delivery, using premium ingredients.
What is your food hygeine rating?
We are proud to say we hold a 5 star food hygeine rating and all our staff are trained to a minimum level 3 in food hygeine practices.
Do you cater for special diets?
Yes! We offer a range of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy free and halal options. Simply filter your choices when ordering or let us know your requirements.
How do you deal with food allergies and intolerances?
You can filter our menu items by allergens and dietary requirements. Our kitchen handles all major allergens. While we take great care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% allergen-free. Each item is clearly labelled with dietary and allergen information to ensure safe and easy enjoyment.
Can I customise my platter?
Our platters are specially created to fit perfectly within the packgaging along with being fully allergen & ingredient checked. This means we are limited with the customisations we can make to our online products. If you’d like to tweak the selections on a platter, add specific items, or create something unique, contact us — we’re happy to work with you.
How are the platters packaged?
Our platters are delivered ready to serve in recyclable, eco-friendly trays with clear lids — perfect for easy display and minimal fuss. They are also fully labelled with contents, allergens and ingredients.
Sustainability:
Is your packaging sustainable?
We’re proud to say all our packaging is sustainable. Our platters are fully biodegradable and compostable, while our lids are made from recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable. Please see our sustainability guide for further information.
How do you reduce food waste?
We carefully plan production based on orders and offer portioned platters to help reduce excess. Any unavoidable surplus is donated or composted where appropriate.
Do you source ingredients locally?
We aim to work with local suppliers to reduce food miles and support other small businesses wherever we can.
Do you offer eco-conscious delivery?
Yes, we reduce our environmental footprint by using efficient delivery routes and reusable delivery crates wherever possible. It's part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability.
What else are you doing to be more sustainable?
We regularly review our processes to find greener alternatives and are always exploring new ways to operate more sustainably.
Payments & Cancellations:
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards including Amex, as well as payment via invoice for approved corporate accounts.
Can I set up a business account for invoicing?
Yes! We would be happy to set this up for you. Please complete our business account application to start the process.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Any amendments or cancellations must be sent in writing via email by 5:00pm the day before delivery. Changes or cancellations made after this time will be charged in full as originally ordered. If you need assistance, please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to support you.
What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our priority! If anything isn’t perfect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
